dc.description.resumo	O trabalho tem por finalidade a apresentação de um estudo comparativo entre os regimes de tributação Lucro presumido e Simples Nacional, mediante as regras vigentes. Além disso, uma das finalidades é observar a necessidade do planejamento tributário assertivo e eficaz nas entidades. A análise foi elaborada através de pesquisa bibliográfica, e um estudo de caso hipotético em uma empresa prestadora de serviços. No decorrer da pesquisa, apresentam-se conceitos e elementos fundamentas para a elaboração do planejamento, com a finalidade de escolher o regime tributário que melhor se adeque à entidade, proporcionando menores custos fiscais.	pt_BR
