Abstract:
In dealing with all means of slavery, throughout history, in which a worker is exploited in his work is notorious, this exploitation comes after many things and among them or what is more complex to understand, if he is a worker not only freedom more the dignity of these people, because there are those who speak of dignity, lack of employment and consequently the sustenance. In order to analyze this point of state or state of action, to interrupt all copyrights and copyrights of instruments acquired over time, refer to this bibliographic analysis study by Canotilho (1998), Moura (1994), Audi (2006), CLT, the Federal Constitution itself, among other authors, as well as the laws that precede the rights and duties at work.
