dc.description.abstract	This paper will deal with the impacts of laws 13,429 / 17 and 13,467 / 17, treating outsourcing as a form of flexibilization and the precariousness of workers' rights derived from outsourced work. The research is justified in view of the current economic situation and the need of companies to produce mass and efficiency, using outsourcing as a way of flexible working contracts and reduce the fundamental rights and guarantees of the working class. Relating to outsourcing in an unrestricted way with the suppression of social rights and the retrogression generated by this, emphasizing the importance of social rights. The objective of the present work is the verification, if with the possibility of unrestricted outsourcing the activities of the companies will cause the social regression? So that in the end it can be demonstrated if such laws violate fundamental rights and guarantees historically conquered, in front of this, will be made a bibliographical research, using a quali-quanti approach and the deductive method.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O presente trabalho abordará os impactos das leis 13.429/17 e 13.467/17, tratando a terceirização como forma de flexibilização e a precarização dos direitos dos trabalhadores advinda do trabalho terceirizado. A pesquisa se justifica diante da conjuntura econômica vivenciada atualmente e a necessidade de as empresas produzirem em massa e com eficiência, utilizando-se da terceirização como forma de flexibilização dos contratos de trabalho e redução dos direitos e garantias fundamentais da classe trabalhadora. Relacionando-se a terceirização de forma irrestrita com a supressão de direitos sociais e o retrocesso gerado em função disso, ressaltando a importância dos direitos sociais. O objetivo do presente trabalho é a verificação, se com a possibilidade de terceirizar de forma irrestrita as atividades das empresas ocasionará o retrocesso social? Para que ao final possa se demonstrar se tais leis violam direitos e garantias fundamentais historicamente conquistados, diante disso, será feita uma pesquisa bibliográfica, utilizando-se de uma abordagem quali-quanti e o método dedutivo.	pt_BR
