Abstract:
The theme of the work started from the objective of investigating how school
management is perceived by physical education teachers in a municipal school.
Based on studies carried out during the academic trajectory, the work seeks in the
literature review to go through the trajectory of education in political bias in order to
clarify its evolution over the years and how neoliberalism influenced decision-making
regarding education and how it was possible to receive encouragement from the
World Bank. The qualitative field research started from a questionnaire consisting of
twenty questions to two physical education teachers of the municipal school system,
thus it is possible to notice that school management is present in the training of
teachers who seek to participate in decision-making with managers of the place
where they work.
