Abstract:
This monograph presents the following question: What are the rights and duties of
domestic workers? The overall objective is to show up and the rights and duties of
domestic workers and the specific objectives were limited to research in specialized
bibliographies on such rights and duties; stratify sex, age and education of domestic
workers interviewed and who work at this time class, and see if they recognize their
rights and obligations as domestic servants. We conducted literature searches and
field surveys, and the first was based on readings about the topic and the second
was performed by means of an interview through a questionnaire which was given to
domestic workers registered in Brazil Office in the city of Ituiutaba-MG . This theme is
the subject of several studies and this monograph is justified in that, through
research, gathers information related to the rights and duties of domestic workers in
order to improve and strengthen relations and conditions in the workplace .
