Abstract:
The theme of this monograph is summarized in staff training and in order to check
the consequences of training on staff, we sought answers to the following issues:
What are the main reflections of employee training on productivity at work? The
overall objective was characterized by comparing the productivity of employees at
work, before and after training, or raise and discuss what are the main reflections of
employee training on productivity at work. And the specific objectives were defined in
a theoretical stand on issues related to the topic addressed, verify and analyze,
through direct observation, which causes changes in staff training regarding the
implementation of tasks. In this study were conducted literature searches and direct
observation, made by that company. This study was justified at the time that the
issue addressed is a matter that is in constant debate in the business and the studies
do not exhaust the subject at hand. Contributes to the company, once raised and
discussed the main reflections of employee training on labor productivity, the
company may invest more in training. It is understood, after comparing the work
productivity of employees before and after training, the reflections of training at work
are numerous, and provides such training service efficiency, effectiveness of results,
creativity and innovation, reductions in errors and excess waste of materials used in
performing the tasks, finally, point out many advantages for employees and
companies.
