Abstract:
The seclusion aid as a form of social justice is what guides the present research and aims to understand the peculiarities of such benefit. The methodology used was based on bibliographical references, on-line sites, relevant legislation. The following discussion focuses on the issues that are still controversial in society. What comes to be the benefit of the seclusion aid. Who are the people who have the capacity to receive it? The requirements for obtaining this aid make it possible to be a disseminator of a modern conception of social justice? The study is divided into three parts: first, social security and public policies, in which we show the Policies implemented so that this aid can fulfill the social function for which it was created, we will also address the pillars of social security or what are the policies and actions that underpin the social security system, in its second part the research will bring an elaborate study, Through great thinkers such as Aristotle, Saint Augustine, Marx, in order to show what social justice is and how the constituent legislator has brought it to our Constitution and with that consequently to our society, we will also show the Prejudices and the rights of the victims and their families. Finally, in its last part, the research will deal with the seclusion aid itself, demystifying it, showing how it functions, its characteristics and peculiarities.
