Abstract:
The issue addressed in this study refers to the recruitment and selection of staff and
defines in recruitment and selection of staff: a case study focusing on appropriate
procedures and used in a company in the resale of tractors in the city of Ituiutaba.
This study seeks to answer the following: What is the recruitment and selection
process used by the company studied? It presents as general objective to raise and
analyze the process of recruiting and selection of staff, used by the enterprise focus
of this study and the specific objectives are to raise on the specialized literature, the
importance of the processes of recruitment and selection of personnel for companies;
Analyze how the enterprise focus of this study is the recruitment and selection of its
staff and to compare it with the information obtained by bibliographic references and
emphasize the need for implementation of new techniques of recruitment and
selection of personnel at the company. There will be in this study searches that were
performed on the basis of readings on the topic and field research, where it was used
as technical procedure, a documentary research, in order to raise data related to the
recruitment and selection of staff. The choice of the theme is justified by the fact that
this issue is very interesting that involves the entire corporate market, and the
solution to adopt a system of recruitment and selection of staff effective and desired
by every entrepreneur. After the studies, it can be concluded that the ideal model for
the recruitment and selection of staff and the one in which the candidate for the
vacancy is participating actively in conjunction with the Human Resources area of the
company with a view to developing a knowledge about the activities of the wave.
