Abstract

Since the emergence of work relationships where someone is coordinated by another person, there is the so-called personnel department. Over the years, the demand increased as companies emerged and labor laws were created, thus giving rise to the concept of the Personnel Department. Nowadays, among the main functions of the personnel department is the hiring of employees, compliance with labor laws both with employers and with employees during the beginning of the employment contract until its end.
