Abstract:
Currently, organizations are looking for new ways to overcome the competition and aim to have positive results in terms of their staff, therefore, investing in strategic integration processes is a method they are seeking to achieve their goals. In view of this, this study aimed to address the advantage of applying integration to new employees and how it can benefit organizations. For that, the objective was reached and for that the bibliographic research methodology was used. Through this study, it was unveiled that the newcomer needs socialization in order to feel safe. However, for the company's advancement, it is essential that the entire organization is presented to the individual, soon he will start his activities understanding about his functions and the company does not need to wear out long after the start of activities, in addition to allowing a lower turnover of employees, increasing the reputation of the organization in relation to the competition.
