dc.description.abstract	This work aims to present the dangers that the evolution of the internet has brought, with the media, putting children and adolescents at risk due to inexperienced use and without awareness of the danger. Child pornography will also be presented through social networks, thus being one of the main crimes committed with the use of the internet. The lack of legislation is also a problem, in an attempt to solve the problem. These attempts to solve this problem have the purpose of preventing the crime that is in article 241 of the Child and Adolescent Statute from being committed.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os perigos que a evolução da internet trouxe, com os meios de comunicação, colocando em risco crianças e adolescentes, devido ao uso inexperiente e sem consciência do perigo. Será apresentado, também, a pornografia infantil em meio as redes sociais, assim sendo, um dos principais crimes praticados com o uso da internet. A falta de legislação, também, é um problema, na tentativa de solucionar essa problemática. Essas tentativas têm a finalidade de impedir que o crime, que está no art. 241 do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, seja cometido.	pt_BR
