Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the prison system from the perspective of the existing parallel between resocialization and regime progression, which both complement each other for the harmonious reinclusion of the convict in society. and also the difficulties faced by the system to achieve effective resocialization, especially overcrowding, this is a paradigm that makes conditions in these places unstable and violates constitutional principles such as the principle of human dignity that constitutes one of the pillars of all the other rights. And finally, it aims to analyze the loss of personality that the individual suffers when entering the prison establishment.
