dc.description.abstract	This work aims to analyze the serious violations of Human Rights that occurred during the Brazilian civil military dictatorship from the perspective of gender relations, as well as an effort to understand what and who were the internal enemies of the regime, the so-called subversives. Furthermore, this work approached institutional torture as a recurrent practice in the period under study, the concepts of gender and patriarchy and the implications of testimony considering the "saying and silences". Finally, the background of the coup and the "Right to Memory and the Truth" were analyzed, as well as the "Transitional Justice" and their relations with Brazilian Democracy.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	Este trabalho se propôs à análise das graves violações de Direito Humanos ocorridas durante a ditadura civil militar brasileira sob a perspectiva das relações de gênero, bem como foi realizado esforço no sentido de compreender, o que e quem eram os inimigos internos do regime, os denominados subversivos. Além disso, foi pensado a tortura institucional enquanto prática recorrente no período em estudo, os conceitos de gênero e patriarcado e as implicações do testemunho considerando o dizer e os silêncios, por fim foram analisados os antecedentes do golpe, o Direito à Memória e a Verdade, a Justiça de Transição e as relações destes com a Democracia Brasileira.	pt_BR
