Abstract:
The present work aims to present an analysis alluding to the doctor's civil liability in the manipulation of assisted reproduction, thus demonstrating the forms of accountability in cases of error and how the action in the social and legal context can be framed. In this sense, this study based on doctrines, will show that any illicit act, any area in the social environment, contains consequences supported by the legal standard and the Brazilian legislation.
