Abstract:
This academic work aims to make an analysis of the disciplinary administrative process, specifically the military disciplinary process in the state of Goiás This theme is important and relevant in view of the particularities and nuances that pervade the disciplinary administrative process - Already little known - by the general population, and especially the military disciplinary procedure, is rarely addressed doctrinally. Thus, the relevance of the theme of study is precisely the unveiling these features, both for the actual military who may know about its consequences, but also of society, because many individuals are affected by the military disciplinary administrative faults and has an interest in the outcome of their processes
