dc.description.abstract	The present work had as its theme an analysis about the jus postulandi in the labor process, with the objective of seeking to know its effectiveness as an instrument put to benefit the worker in the labor demands. Initially, a study was carried out on the right of labor law, seeking a precise understanding of its dynamics and guiding principles. Subsequently, the theme of jus postulandi was discussed in a preliminary way, aiming to propose an interdisciplinary dialogue with the structure of the labor process. Next, general aspects of labor law were analyzed, especially in order to identify the employee and employer, depending on their legal and material position. The parties and the prosecutors and their role in the labor lawsuits was also the subject of debate and analysis. Finally, the problem was solved, so that the debate concerning jus postulandi in the labor process was debated and debated.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O presente trabalho tem por tema uma análise a respeito do jus postulandi no processo trabalho, com o objetivo de buscar saber sua eficácia enquanto instrumento posto em benefício do trabalhador nas demandas trabalhistas. Inicialmente, foi realizada um estudo a respeito do direito do direito processual do trabalho, buscando uma compreensão precisa de sua dinâmica e princípios norteadores. Em seguida, o tema do jus postulandi foi debatido de forma preliminar, visando propor um diálogo interdisciplinar com a estrutura do processo trabalhista. Em seguida, foram analisados aspectos gerais de direito material do trabalho, especialmente visando identificar a figura do empregado e do empregador, em função sua posição jurídico-material. As partes e os procuradores e seu papel nas demandas trabalhistas também foi objeto de debate e análise. Por fim, partiu-se para a resolução da questão problema formulada, de modo que o debate especialmente relativo ao jus postulandi no processo trabalhista foi esmiuçado e posto em debate.	pt_BR
