Abstract:
The present Work of Conclusion of Course (TCC), has a study directed to the street population and the struggle for their rights. The work presented was carried out through a bibliographic research in books, articles, texts and research on the subject. It is divided into three chapters, the purpose of which is to demonstrate the absurdity that transposes the foundation of human rights, and the State's action in relation to the population living on the streets, going back in more detail to the discussion of equality and human dignity, for reflection on social rights.
