dc.description.abstract	In this research, we intend to analyze the Awarded Delation and its context. It consists of an effort to make a reconstruction of knowledge about the Awarded Delation, contributing to a better understanding of society on the subject. The elaboration of the present study is carried out through explanatory research, which brings together the particularities of descriptive and exploratory research by carrying out an in-depth analysis of the subject, while granting the researcher greater affinity with the theme. The relevance of the selected method is based on the fact that the investigation focuses on a little explored object. In addition, the applicable legal regime and the positive and negative points of the object under study will be presented.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	Nesta pesquisa, pretende-se analisar a Delação Premiada e seu contexto. Consiste em um esforço no sentido de fazer uma reconstrução do conhecimento sobre a Delação Premiada, contribuindo para uma melhor compreensão da sociedade sobre o tema. A elaboração do presente estudo é realizada através de pesquisa explicativa, a qual reúne as particularidades da pesquisa descritiva e exploratória ao realizar uma análise aprofundada do assunto, ao mesmo tempo que concede a pesquisadora maior afinidade com o tema. A pertinência do método selecionado está embasada no fato de que a investigação recai sobre objeto pouco explorado. Ademais será apresentado o regime legal aplicável e os pontos positivos e negativos do objeto em estudo.	pt_BR
