Abstract:
The work consists of understanding how the district vote can be used to better solve
the crisis of representativeness that exists today, taking into account the electoral
system used in Brazil along with the necessary electoral reforms, so that this vice of
representativeness is put to an end. To support the need for the adoption of the
district vote, the United States of America is based on the use of such a system in its
elections, along with the bills in the process of the National Congress. It also exposes
the need for every citizen to exercise their right to citizenship, and the importance of
introducing matters related to politics from the early stage of the child. It also
addresses the importance of a political reform aimed at better parliamentary
representation, further guaranteeing the right of citizenship of each citizen.
