dc.description.abstract	This study deals with the rights of the child and the adolescent, having as object of study the analysis of the interventions carried out by the Guardianship Council of the Municipality of Inhumas-GO in the year 2016. The study was developed from a bibliographical research about the evolution historical development of minority legislation to the basis of current legislation, thus defining the process of building the rights of children and adolescents. It continues with the analysis of the legitimacy of the action of the state control authorities in matters related to family, childhood and youth, highlighting the role of the Guardianship Council as a protector and guarantor of rights. Finally, through a field survey, it was tried to evaluate the actions of the Guardianship Council and other bodies for the protection of children and youth, in the Region of Inhumas, in the year 2016, with the collection of statistical data and the study of three concrete cases. From this study, it was verified the need for a more detailed training and training of all agents involved in the protection of the rights of children and adolescents, in the Region of Inhumas-GO.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O presente trabalho versa sobre os direitos da criança e do adolescente, tendo como objeto de estudo a análise das intervenções realizadas pelo Conselho Tutelar do Município de Inhumas-GO no ano de 2016. O estudo foi desenvolvido a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica acerca da evolução histórica das legislações minoristas até as bases da legislação atual, assim definindo o processo de construção dos direitos da criança e do adolescente. Prossegue com a análise da legitimidade da atuação das instâncias de controle estatal nas questões relacionadas à família, à infância e à juventude, destacando-se o papel do Conselho Tutelar como órgão protetor e garantidor de direitos. Por fim, por meio de uma pesquisa de campo, tratou-se de avaliar a atuação do Conselho Tutelar e dos demais órgãos de proteção à infância e à juventude, na Comarca de Inhumas, no ano de 2016, com o levantamento de dados estatísticos e o estudo de três casos concretos. A partir deste estudo, constatou-se a necessidade de uma formação e treinamento mais minucioso de todos os agentes envolvidos na proteção dos direitos da criança e do adolescente, na Comarca de Inhumas-GO.	pt_BR
