dc.description.abstract	The Principle of the Dignity of the Human Person arose from philosophical thought, which defends the morality, spirituality and honor of every individual, regardless of their condition in society, and it is also understood that it is an intrinsic value that all people should be treated with respect, equality and freedom. To this end, the following question was proposed: What is the importance of the Principle of Human Dignity, and what impacts do it reflect on the legal system? The answer to this question is that the Principle of the Dignity of the Human Person guides the protection of Human Rights and brings in its concept a fair and inclusive society, regardless of personal characteristics, since every individual is a source of moral and spiritual values and honor, according to this philosophical thought it is of great importance to understand the emergence of the thought of the Principle of the Dignity of the Human Person and how it is applied in the Legal System Brazilian Legal Initiative aimed at protecting the dignity of each and every human being.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O Princípio da Dignidade da Pessoa Humana surgiu do pensamento filosófico o qual defende a moralidade, a espiritualidade e a honra de todo indivíduo independente da sua condição na sociedade. Compreende-se também um valor intrínseco que todas as pessoas devem ser tratadas com respeito, igualdade e liberdade. Para isso se propôs a seguinte pergunta: Qual a importância do Princípio da Dignidade da Pessoa Humana, e quais impactos refletem no ordenamento jurídico? A resposta para essa indagação é que o Princípio da Dignidade da Pessoa Humana norteia a proteção dos Direitos Humanos e traz em seu conceito uma sociedade justa e inclusiva, independente de características pessoais, uma vez que todo indivíduo é fonte de valores morais, espirituais e honra. De acordo com esse pensamento filosófico é de grande importância compreender o surgimento do Princípio Da Dignidade da Pessoa Humana e os aspectos históricos, e como este é aplicado no Ordenamento Jurídico Brasileiro visando proteger a dignidade de cada indivíduo, tendo como princípio norteador a Constituição Federal.	pt_BR
