Abstract:
This article aims to bring the reader a better understanding of the lives of teenagers,
their frustrations and the personal and professional challenges that accompany them
throughout their journey. Based on others works, it seeks to suggest to those
responsible for help to understand how to better deal with the adolescent's
psychosocial development, and expand their knowledge within their family field, and
thus understand their internal struggles that cause a series of emotional, social and
other obstacles. The responsibility that teenagers carry when entering professional
life is notable, bringing with them the obligations, demands and difficulties, being capable of causing fears, insecurities, discouragement and expectations that often
cause an impact on teenagers that results in damage to their mental health.
