Abstract:
The research topic explores the impact of organizational climate on employee satisfaction and performance within a multinational company. The study aims to investigate and analyze the relationship between organizational climate, employee satisfaction, and workplace performance. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative methods through a case study that utilized both open-ended and closed-ended questionnaires to collect data on organizational climate and its effects. The central research question guiding this study was: How does organizational climate affect employee satisfaction and performance in the workplace? The findings revealed that a positive organizational climate is correlated with higher levels of employee satisfaction and performance. However, structural changes and new leadership policies can generate both motivation and stress. The study contributes valuable insights to enhance organizational climate, fostering a more satisfying and productive work environment, and guiding the implementation of strategies that enhance human capital within the company.
