Abstract:
This study aimed to analyze the interpersonal relationships among employees of
RLPEL Embalagens Ltda., identifying how communication, cooperation, leadership,
and motivation influence the organizational climate and professional performance.
The research, descriptive in nature and using a quantitative approach supported by
qualitative elements, employed a questionnaire with sixteen closed questions and
one open question, applied to six employees. The results showed predominantly
positive perceptions regarding respect, support, and daily interactions, indicating that
good relationships foster motivation, engagement, and performance. However, the
study also revealed weaknesses in internal communication, especially between theteam and leadership, as well as in the appreciation of employees’ opinions. The open
question reinforced the need for structured dialogue and regular meetings. It is
concluded that improving communication, integration, and human relations is
essential for strengthening the organizational environment, contributing to well-being,
productivity, and collective development.
