Abstract:
Digital transformation has brought significant changes to logistics operations, especially in
e-commerce, demanding smarter, more agile, and sustainable strategies from companies.
In this way context, Logistics 5.0 emerges as a new paradigm that integrates technology,
automation, and human value, promoting efficiency and personalization in supply chains.
Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the challenges and benefits of Logistics 5.0 in e-commerce in the face of technological innovations, focusing on the application of artificial
intelligence and digital marketing. A qualitative and exploratory bibliographic research was
carried out using SciELO, CAPES Journals, and Google Scholar databases, between
August and October 2025. A total of 32 articles were identified, and 7 were selected for
in-depth analysis, published between 2020 and 2025. The findings show that adopting
Logistics 5.0 brings benefits such as reduced operational costs, increased delivery
efficiency, enhanced customer experience, and progress in sustainability, especially
through the use of artificial intelligence and automation. However, the main challenges
include high implementation costs, the need for professional training, and cultural barriers
to innovation. Thus, it is concluded that Logistics 5.0 represents a strategic path for the
competitiveness of e-commerce by promoting the integration of technology, sustainability,
and human-centered management, thus consolidating a smarter and more adaptive
logistics model for the digital age.
