Abstract:
The present work has as objective a study of respect to the vulnerability and
hyposufficiency in the consumption relations. Initially, introductory lines to consumer
law were launched, punctuating basic notions such as the constitutional foundations
of consumer law, as well as the characterization of consumer relations. The concept
of supplier and consumer, essential for understanding the theme, was also corrected.
Then, the principles that guide and interpret the norms applicable to the consumer,
also imported, related to normative production and contractual hermeneutics were
analyzed. Thus, important principles such as objective good faith, state intervention,
education, information, quality and safety were addressed. Finally, vulnerability and
hypo- sufficiency were discussed, both in the conceptual aspect and in the existing
points of differentiation.
