Abstract:
The work presented is dedicated to the study of the means of conflict resolution in Family Law aiming at the practice of mediation with the main focus on reestablishing family bonds, even if there is dissolution of relationships. The study initially describes general aspects of family law, the extremely relevant situation, having in context a context that inserts in this sense, article 226 of the Federal Constitution of 1988, deals with the family being the basis of society and protection of the state, and article 227, conceptualizing the rights of children and adolescents as fundamental and integral protection, placing them as subjects of law, giving a way of equality, is extremely important in the relationships of parents and children. It is also about the democratic procedural principles listed in family law. Afterwards, it discusses the historical data of parental alienation, as well as the aspects and concepts that the law describes, 12.318 / 2010.
