Abstract:
This monograph aims to research, raise and discuss the factors that influence
thepurchasing decisions of consumers. From what has been studied and
researched, it was realized that the service represents a true competitive
differentiator between companies and aspects such as price, product quality, location
and payment termsare also important, but quality care is
important. We conducted literature searchesand field research, being
used as technical procedure, an interview throughstructured questionnaire which was
given to customers. This study is justified in practice by allowing the
company studied to know the buying behavior of consumers, as well as factors which
influence their buying decisions.
