Abstract:
The theme of this monograph is all about internal communication, and this study
raises some answers to the following question: What are the main tools of internal
communication that contribute to increasing the level of satisfaction among
employees of the financial institution focus of this study? It aims at identifying, get up
and present the main tools used in the financial institution's internal communication
focus of this study. And the specific objectives were defined to show the main tools
used in internal communication through literature searches; up with employees,
which internal communication tools used by the financial institution actually contribute
to the increased level of employee satisfaction. We conducted literature searches
and field research through a structured questionnaire which was given to employees
of financial institutions focus of this study. The justification for the choice of theme is
based on the assertion that internal communication is essential for a company to
reorganize with the aim of a strong involvement between departments and
employees and their true commitment to results and success of it. It is inferred that
the internal communication, streamline internal processes of the financial institution,
channels and gives information and guidance to improve the internal environment,
always focusing on the opinion of employees.
