Abstract:
Seeks, in this study, to examine whether the practice of euthanasia finds shelter in the Brazilian legal system, respecting fundamental rights and other constitutional requirements. Had the man the right to choose and decide what is best for you in any situation of his life. It is intended to highlight the fundamental legal aspects able to determine who is entitled to decide in Brazilian society. Thus it is clear the importance of the study of Euthanasia for society in general, and in this research will be developed the theme of Euthanasia in its legal aspects, addressing the authors who stand for and against this practice in the light of principle of human dignity.
