dc.description.abstract	Seeks, in this study, to examine whether the practice of euthanasia finds shelter in the Brazilian legal system, respecting fundamental rights and other constitutional requirements. Had the man the right to choose and decide what is best for you in any situation of his life. It is intended to highlight the fundamental legal aspects able to determine who is entitled to decide in Brazilian society. Thus it is clear the importance of the study of Euthanasia for society in general, and in this research will be developed the theme of Euthanasia in its legal aspects, addressing the authors who stand for and against this practice in the light of principle of human dignity.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	Busca-se, no presente trabalho, analisar se a prática da eutanásia encontra guarida no ordenamento jurídico pátrio, respeitando os direitos fundamentais e as demais normas constitucionais. Teria o homem o direito de escolher e decidir o que é melhor para si em qualquer situação de sua vida. Pretende-se evidenciar os aspectos jurídicos fundamentais aptos a determinar de quem é o direito de decidir na sociedade brasileira. Assim torna-se claro a importância do estudo da Eutanásia para a sociedade em geral, sendo que na presente pesquisa será desenvolvida a temática da Eutanásia em seus aspectos jurídicos, abordando os autores que se posicionam a favor e contra a referida prática, à luz do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana.	pt_BR
