Abstract:
This research intends to analyze sexual harassment in the workplace as gender violence, in order to demonstrate how the work relationship becomes degrading with the habit of harassment on the worker. Therefore, we intend to analyze this problem in the work environment in its dogmatic sense, as well as we intend to analyze the concept of gender violence as a problem that violates the worker's fundamental right. Finally, understand sexual harassment in the workplace as gender violence.
