dc.description.abstract	This research intends to analyze sexual harassment in the workplace as gender violence, in order to demonstrate how the work relationship becomes degrading with the habit of harassment on the worker. Therefore, we intend to analyze this problem in the work environment in its dogmatic sense, as well as we intend to analyze the concept of gender violence as a problem that violates the worker's fundamental right. dc.description.resumo	Essa pesquisa pretende analisar o assédio sexual no ambiente de trabalho como violência de gênero, a fim de demonstrar como a relação de trabalho se torna degradante com a habitualidade do assédio sobre a trabalhadora. Para tanto, pretendemos analisar esta problemática no ambiente de trabalho em seu sentido dogmático, assim como pretendemos analisar a conceituação de violência de gênero como problemática que fere direito fundamental da trabalhadora.
