Abstract:
The objective of this work is to present the age increase of the young apprentice to 16 years, which is currently 14 years old. The present research presents the concept of lesser apprentice, as well as the program that it fits, besides presenting influential factors so that the minor enters the program. It intends to analyze the existing public policies, verifying if the norms are effective in the real objective of the smaller apprentice. After all, does the age suggested by the relevant legislation contribute to the future insertion of this minor into the labor market? The research analyzes the factors that lead the minor to the labor market and makes possible an analysis regarding the problem of the present research, not bringing restraint but rather reflection to the proposed case.
