dc.description.abstract	The objective of this work is to present the age increase of the young apprentice to 16 years, which is currently 14 years old. The present research presents the concept of lesser apprentice, as well as the program that it fits, besides presenting influential factors so that the minor enters the program. It intends to analyze the existing public policies, verifying if the norms are effective in the real objective of the smaller apprentice. After all, does the age suggested by the relevant legislation contribute to the future insertion of this minor into the labor market? The research analyzes the factors that lead the minor to the labor market and makes possible an analysis regarding the problem of the present research, not bringing restraint but rather reflection to the proposed case.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar a majoração da idade do jovem aprendiz para 16 anos que atualmente é de 14 anos. A presente pesquisa apresenta o conceito de menor aprendiz, bem como o programa que este se enquadra, além de apresentar fatores influentes para que o menor se insira no programa. Pretende analisar as políticas públicas existentes, verificando se as normas são eficazes no objetivo real do menor aprendiz. Afinal, a idade sugerida pela legislação pertinente ao tema, colabora com a inserção futura desse menor ao mercado de trabalho? A pesquisa analisa os fatores que levam o menor ao mercado de trabalho e possibilita uma análise quanto a problemática da presente pesquisa, não trazendo resposta, mas sim reflexão ao caso proposto.	pt_BR
