Abstract:
In view of the controversial controversies regarding home admissibility in the legal system, research is carried out on the legal decision of home insemination among homosexual couples in the current times. For this to be possible, bibliographic sources were used that address the central questions of this research. From a bibliographic research and an exploratory perspective, this research is intended to contribute to investigated researches and the practical application of the studied precepts. In the end, it was likely that the fact that home insemination does not exist, but despite that, home insemination among homosexual couples is a social reality that cannot be ignored by law, although there is extreme resistance on the part of judges who are appropriate for the choice. of human rights among other fundamental rights. Thus, it remains the right to reach this new situation that, in order to protect the protected rights and guarantee the isonomy of relationships, because according to the Federal Constitution everyone has the right to constitute a legal family.
