dc.description.abstract	The constant search for beauty standards is reflected in the dental office, by increasingly whiter and extremely symmetrical teeth. However, it is essential that health promotion is first returned through comprehensive treatment such as adaptation to the oral environment until reaching aesthetic restorations. The present article reports a clinical case of integral rehabilitation of the stomatognathic apparatus involving different areas of dentistry, with the objective of elaborating a multidisciplinary planning, treatment, execution and transformation taking into account the patient's expectations. In the initial stage of the present case, adequacy to the oral environment was associated with scaling and smoothing sub and supra gingival and oral hygiene guidelines, later, inclusion of procedures such as tooth extraction 36 and direct restorations in composite resin in teeth 11, 12,21, 22, 35 and 47. Therefore, the importance of dental, rehabilitative, functional and aesthetic treatment is emphasized here, knowing the beneficial psychosocial impact that this change causes in a person's life.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	A busca constante por padrões de beleza é refletida no consultório, por dentes cada vez mais brancos e extremamente simétricos. Entretanto, é essencial que primeiro seja devolvido a promoção à saúde, por meio de tratamento integral, como a adequação ao meio bucal, até chegar nas restaurações estéticas. O presente trabalho relata um caso clínico de reabilitação integral do aparelho estomatognático, envolvendo diferentes áreas da odontologia, com o objetivo de elaborar um planejamento multidisciplinar, o tratamento, a execução e a transformação levando em consideração a expectativa do paciente. Na etapa inicial, do presente caso, foi associada a adequação ao meio bucal com raspagem e alisamento sub e supragengival e orientações de higiene oral, posteriormente, inclusão de procedimentos como exodontia do dente 37 e restaurações diretas em resina composta nos dentes 11, 12, 21, 22, 34 e 35. Assim sendo, fica, aqui, enfatizado a importância de um tratamento odontológico, reabilitador, funcional e estético sabendo do impacto psicossocial benéfico que essa mudança causa na vida de uma pessoa.	pt_BR
